Gym Bag Friday: Black Friday Workout

Hello everyone! I hope you all had an amazing Thanksgiving!

Today instead of going to the mall to battle the crowds and the Black Friday shoppers, try to get outside and exercise!

If you are  going to the mall, workout there! People might give you funny looks, but hey, they also may be way to concentrated on their mission to get the best deals. Try lunging around the mall, speed walking is also fun, and you can find benches in the mall to do pushups, step-ups, and dips on! Most of all, have fun doing that, you’ll be getting in shape and enjoying shopping…what could be better!

Me? I’ll be going on a run today with my cousin! Can’t wait! We’re both running the Shamrock Half-Marathon in March! :)
